What You Need to Know

​Once your appointment has been scheduled, your intake form and private session instructions will be emailed. This will tell you what to do, where to go, how to prepare.

​

Please note that your dog must be up to date on their Rabies, Distemper/Parvo DHPP with proof of vaccination brought to your first appointment. Please note that your dog will not be allowed to enter the training space without proof of vaccinations. The Bordetella vaccine is optional but please discuss this with your vet, prior to our appointment, if it makes sense for your dog to have that on board prior to your appointment.

Behavior Consultations take up to 90 minutes and cost $195.

A pack of private sessions costs $375 for three 50-minute sessions.

​

At the conclusion of each session, we schedule the next one based on mutual convenience, amount of homework, etc.

​

Sessions take place virtually via Zoom, Skye, FaceTime, or at my office in Cranston, RI, unless other arrangements have been made.

​

Dogs must start with at least a behavior consultation prior to acceptance into the Train and Stay program.

​

Payment is expected at the end of the session in the form of cash, check or Venmo (@Heather- Gutshall-1). If you choose to participate in the block of three training sessions, payment in full is expected at the first of the three sessions.

​

Please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment as I will likely be able to fill the open slot. No refunds or makeup sessions will be given for missed appointments with less than twenty-four (24) hour notice.
